Most clients enjoy smoothness for three to six weeks, depending on hair type and growth cycle. Regular appointments can slow regrowth and make hairs finer. Individual results vary, so we recommend scheduling follow-ups based on personal regrowth patterns.

You may feel brief stinging as hair is removed, but the procedure is quick. We use gentle techniques and high-quality wax, and can apply numbing cream on request. Avoid caffeine and exfoliate beforehand to minimize sensitivity.

Mild redness or tenderness is normal and typically fades within a few hours to a day. We apply soothing post-wax balms and recommend avoiding heat, heavy exercise, and exfoliation for 24 hours to reduce irritation and speed recovery.

Avoid waxing if you have active skin infections, sunburn, open wounds, recent chemical peels, or are using isotretinoin. Pregnant clients should consult their doctor. Our technicians will assess skin and discuss alternatives if waxing isn’t suitable.

Cleanse the area and avoid applying oils, lotions, or heavy makeup. Hair should be at least 1/4 inch long for effective removal. Exfoliate gently 48 hours before if not sensitive, and avoid blood-thinning medications when possible.

A chin wax is quick, typically 10 to 20 minutes including consultation and aftercare. Allow extra time for first-time clients or if combining with other facial services. We will explain care and address concerns afterward.
