Avoid waxing over open wounds, active rashes, infections, sunburn, or if you've recently used retinoids or isotretinoin. Pregnancy is usually fine but disclose medical history so we can advise appropriately.

Avoid hot baths, saunas, strenuous exercise, and tight clothing for 24–48 hours. Use recommended soothing lotions, skip self-tanners for a few days, and begin gentle exfoliation after 48–72 hours to prevent ingrown hairs.
