Get answers to common questions about Bikini Waxing.
We recommend about 1/4 to 1/2 inch (6â12 mm) of regrowth so the wax can grip hair effectively. If hair is shorter, wait a few days; if longer, light trimming can improve comfort and results.
Some discomfort is normal, especially for first-time clients, but technicians use quick techniques, proper waxing methods, and soothing pre/post-care to minimize pain. Breathing, relaxed muscles, and topical numbing on request can also reduce sensitivity.
Most clients return every 4â6 weeks depending on personal hair growth and desired upkeep. With regular waxing, regrowth often becomes finer and slower, which may allow longer intervals between appointments over time.
Yesâwhen performed by trained technicians using high-quality waxes and strict hygiene. We assess skin condition first, patch-test if needed, and recommend gentle aftercare. Avoid waxing on irritated, sunburned, or infected skin until healed.
Exfoliate lightly 48 hours before, avoid tanning and heavy creams, and arrive with clean, dry skin. If necessary, trim to the recommended length. Avoid excessive caffeine and painkillers before your appointment unless medically advised.
Avoid hot baths, saunas, tight clothing, and intense exercise for 24â48 hours. Use gentle cleansers and fragrance-free moisturizers, and exfoliate after 48â72 hours to help prevent ingrown hairs. Contact us if you have concerns.
