A standard bikini line wax typically takes 15 to 30 minutes depending on hair thickness and client comfort. Appointments include consultation, room setup and brief aftercare guidance to ensure a safe, efficient experience.
Arrive with hair about Ā¼ inch long so the wax can grip properly. Avoid exfoliating or tanning 48 hours prior and skip retinoids for a few days. Clean skin and loose clothing reduce discomfort and irritation.
Some discomfort is normal, but our technicians use fast technique, soothing waxes and post-wax calming products to reduce pain. Breathing, relaxed muscles and optional numbing cream (if appropriate) help make the process more comfortable.
Most clients enjoy smoothness for three to six weeks, depending on individual hair growth cycles, hormones and aftercare. Regular waxing often extends time between sessions and produces finer regrowth.
Avoid hot baths, saunas, tight clothing and intense exercise for 24ā48 hours. Gently exfoliate after 72 hours to help prevent ingrown hairs and apply aloe or the recommended soothing products to calm skin.
Yes after a consultation. We may perform a patch test, use gentler waxes and a slower technique, or recommend alternatives. If skin is inflamed, sunburned or you are on certain medications, we may advise postponing.
